GGPNC observers (left) watch City Clerk staff during the three hour vote count. A total of 622 Ballots were cast. 504 on election day plus 118 received in the mail by the City Clerk. Under
a new citywide system, Neighborhood Council elections, beginning this
year, are to be administered by the City Clerk's Office. The GGPNC chose
to move up this year's election for 10 members of the GGPNC Board to
